We have tried a few Indian restaurants in the Reno sparks area. This one is the one we like best. Having lived in south Indian this one is the most authentic. The food is yummy and the staff very kind.

Arrived for dinner and greeted by Robert. Great host. The restaurant is small/medium size. Chairs and tables were clean and in good repair.  Robert ask us how spicy and while I like spicy, I don't want to have my mouth on fire. On a scale of 1 to 5, ordered a 4 and that was perfect. The lamb biryani was delicious. Tender lamb, no fat, no bones. Also ordered vegetable samosas, garlic naan, dal palak, vegetable korma, raita, and a mango lassi. All were done to perfection. Finally, had to try the kheer for dessert. This was made fresh and was fantastically good.  This is now my go to restaurant for Indian food.

My husband and I visited for the first time for lunch, and we really liked the food (vegetable pakora, and a couple of dishes from South Indian specialties). We enjoyed all the dishes we ordered.
Our server was by far the nicest among those I had met at Indian restaurants. I like food with spices but I stayed away from Indian restaurants because of uppity owners (and sometimes servers). I'm glad to find a place we can go to enjoy our meal out.
Other reviewers are right that the place doesn't offer much of a good ambiance, but we go to restaurants to have lunch out, and it's not as crucial as dinner imo.
